How to Return Unwanted Goods

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us by phoning 01851 703646 or by email to Yvonne@hicstornoway.com stating the unwanted goods. This should be within 30 days of receiving your order and the goods must be unused, in the original packaging and is a saleable condition. How to Return Faulty or Damaged Goods

To return faulty or damaged goods please contact us by phoning 01851 703646 or by email to Yvonne@hicstornoway.com detailing the reason you wish to request a product return. We will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the completion of your return, if your product is eligible, and provide you with a returns number in order to complete your return.

Refund Timetable

We aim to action all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returns to our store. Returns eligible for refund will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for refund payment to be processed by your card provider.
